Elegant Victorian Eastbourne & Polhill Garden Centre Monday 18th May 2026 Today we visit the popular Polhill Garden Centre and shopping village, where morning refreshments may be taken. Continuing on, we reach Genteel Eastbourne, one our client’s favourite seaside locations. July 2026 Sleepy Southwold & lunch in Delightful Dunwich Monday 6th July 2026 Today’s ever popular tour commences with a coffee stop at one of the welcoming Garden Centres in Woodbridge. Continuing on, through rolling expanses of broom and heather, we reach the former Roman and Medieval port of Dunwich, where we enjoy lunch at Flora Tearooms, reputedly the best fish and chip restaurant in East Anglia. We spend the afternoon in the quiet, unspoilt, seaside resort of Southwold, with its picturesque greens, pretty cottages, 19th century lighthouse, pier and colourful beach huts. Buckinghamshire Chilterns, Henley & Marlow Friday 10th July 2026 Our excursion today takes us through the peaceful wooded lanes and picturesque towns and villages of the Buckinghamshire Chilterns, with visits to the picturesque riverside towns of Henley & Marlow. Henley “Queen of the Thames” one of the most beautiful towns in England and location for some Midsomer Murders! Time for lunch in one of the many cafes, shopping in the Georgian fronted High Street, or perhaps a stroll by the river, before we continue on to Marlow, equally beautiful, with its magnificent 19th Century suspension bridge crossing the Thames.
